Summary This Antioxidant Properties Test Apparatus is suitable for evaluating the antioxidant characteristics of brake fluid. The principle is to mix used benzoyl peroxide, distilled water, and brake fluid into a test sample, and place it with 1/8 rubber bowl and aluminum and cast iron pieces. After keeping it in the instrument for 168 hours, take it out and check for any pitting, roughness, and other corrosive phenomena on the test pieces, and calculate the mass change of the test pieces.
Main Features 1. The glass test tube meets the standard requirements, with a diameter of 22mm and a height of 175mm. 2. The heating chamber has ventilation holes on the top. 3. Comes with cast iron pieces, 80mm long, 13mm wide, and 2.5mm thick, and aluminum pieces, 80mm long, 13mm wide, and 2.5mm thick. 4. Comes with tin foil, with a thickness of 0.02~0.06mm, and a tin content of 99.9%. 5. The microcomputer temperature controller has PID self-tuning, PT100 temperature sensor, and high precision. 6. The digital timer controller has a buzzer alarm to remind when the test is finished. 7. The instrument casing is made of cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is treated with electrostatic spraying.
