Summary This instrument is primarily used to test the rust prevention performance of brake fluid. The principle involves placing the brake fluid into the device, setting the temperature to 35°C, and maintaining a humidity level of 91% for a period of 24 hours. The rust prevention capability of the brake fluid is then assessed based on the condition of the test specimen's surface.
Main features ◆ The glass test tube meets standard requirements, with a diameter of 22mm and a height of 175mm; ◆ The heating chamber is equipped with ventilation holes on the top; ◆ Comes with cast iron pieces, measuring 80mm in length, 13mm in width, and 2.5mm in thickness, as well as aluminum pieces of the same dimensions; ◆ Comes with aluminum foil with a thickness ranging from 0.02 to 0.06mm, containing 99.9% tin; ◆ The microcomputer temperature controller features PID self-tuning and a PT100 temperature sensor for high precision; ◆ The digital time controller has a buzzer alarm to indicate the end of the test; ◆ The instrument's casing is made of cold-rolled steel and treated with electrostatic spray coating.
