Product introduction:
It adopts 5.7 inch (120 × 90) single color LCD screen and Chinese menu display. Digital closed-loop control, AD acquisition speed of 500KHz, internal code of 1 million; high-precision clock chip, power-off storage; PLC programmable control, dynamic display of loading distance; overload alarm and shutdown protection. Product name, nominal specification, theoretical width of knife edge, actual width of knife edge, test times, forward, backward, time and calibration. The menu on LCD is controlled by keyboard, and test data is printed on board. Real time display of actual test width and time record of pipe tongs. Two dial indicators are used to monitor the change of knife edge thickness on two sides in real time. The change of knife edge thickness is automatically converted into knife edge width, and the difference value of knife edge width on two sides is automatically identified.
