Wuxi Eternal Eagle Textile Co., Ltd has two factories, they are located in Rugao city and Wuxi city, which are including in cutting cloths, printing logo, sewing and three production lines.

Our company mainly are producing packing bags, promotional gift bags, cleaning cloths and some homehold productions. These 3 production lines can work perfectly.

Cutting factory, the factory place is about 120 square meter, the number of workers is 50.

Printing factory, the factory place is about 160 square meter, the number of workers is 60.

Sewing factory, the factory place is about 200 square meter, the number of workers is 80.

The workers have professional experience in our factory, they have effective working methods and reliability, the product quality is controlled strictly by our workers. We control every quality of each product, in order to satisfy our customers.

In addition, in our factory we have professional OC team, whatever each sample order and each bulk order, we will inspect the order quality all the time, make sure the customers’ order quality.

Company has an independent quality inspection department with rich experience and high efficiency and strictness. According to the sampling inspection standard of AQL2.5, every batch of large-scale products in the factory is inspected to ensure the quality of customers' products.

Quality inspection process:

1. Understand the production time and progress, and initially arrange inspection work;

2. Understand the production details and the general content of the contract in advance, familiar with the production requirements and customer quality requirements, and familiar with the inspection standards and key points of the inspection;

3. Prepare the necessary instruments for inspection ( tape measure, density meter, calculator, etc. ) and inspection forms ( specific scoring table, key item scoring table, total table );

4. Determine the number of inspections and conduct strict inspections on the extracted products;

5. For some special and unclear defects found during the inspection process, ask the staff on the spot and take a sample of the defect;

6. Check the packaging situation, and check them one by one according to the customer's specific packaging requirements;

7. End the inspection, strictly grade the products and truthfully feed back to the relevant salesperson, and the business will give feedback to the customer.

Inquiry and price comparison of raw materials, arrangement of purchasing, copperplate, logo mould, cloth cutting, printing, sewing, etc., follow up the mass production, and carry out quality inspection to ensure the product quality before the goods are sent out.

Production department:

The production line composed of cutting, printing and sewing, which can make the products meet the requirements of continuity, parallelism, proportion and balance in the production process. And our production capacity is high, which can shorten the production cycle of large goods and ensure that customers can get the products in time.

Quality inspection department:

Who is responsible for the quality inspection of the company's products, sampling and proofing as well as bulk products according to the specifications required by customers.

We check the raw materials and materials of the products in the early stage to confirm whether they are required by the customers and whether the quality is up to the standard;

During the production process to check the details of product printing to ensure the standard of each process;

When we finish the orders, strictly check the quality of the products according to the quality inspection standard of AQL2.5 to make sure that the customer's demand.

Logistics Department:

Our team will select the best freight options, route, mode and lowest cost, undertake the delivery information, we are fully responsible for the process control from receiving the delivery order to delivery, timely feedback the goods transportation process, and ensure that the goods are delivered to the customers accurately and timely.
