We KHOME has ODM models ranging from expandable container house and prefab house customized for temporary offices, dormitories, school classrooms, container bathrooms, container toilets, as well as modular multi-floor buildings.

K-Home has 3 factories: there is a container house factory, a prefab house factory, and a spray-painted factory, which covers 30,000 square meters totally. Until now, we have introduced 1 automatic spraying line, 2 sandwich panel production line, 20 welding machines, 10 cold bending machines, 4 tile pressing machines, 2 bending machines, 2 slitting machines, and others total 53 machines. The production capacity could reach 400 to 600 units of container houses per month, and 300,000.00 square meters of the prefab house.

1. The steel material is Q235, K-home keep its performance meet the requirements of "Ordinary Carbon Structural Steel"
2. Rust removal: Before the steel structure is made, the surface will be completely rusted removal.
3. The welding seam between the double-segmented C-shaped steel adopts discontinuous plug welding seam, the length of each welding seam is 50mm, and the interval is 400mm;
4. The connecting parts of the components will avoid the connection at the middle and end of the span, and will be fully welded through the butt joint;
5. Class C ordinary bolts are used for connection between steel members;
6. After the steel structure is installed and stressed, it will not be welded on the main stressed components;
7. Powder Coating Paint Finish:
Before powder is sprayed, our staff checks the columns, beams, and other items for complete rust removal and degreasing. We use advanced spraying machine lines to ensure the paint could be at least 60-80 micron and the color could not be easily removed.
8. The manufacture and installation of steel structures strictly comply with "Technical Specification for Welding of Steel Structures in Construction" (GJ81-2002) and "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures" (GB50205-2001).
