STNY-105 Pesticide specific rotation tester

The STNY-105 pesticide specific rotation meter is designed and manufactured in accordance with the NYT 1860.18-2010 Guidelines for Testing the Physical and Chemical Properties of Pesticides Part 18: Specific Rotation Method. It is a specialized instrument for measuring the specific rotation of pesticides.

Specific optical rotation: The optical rotation measured by a specific wavelength of polarized light passing through a 1dm tube and a 1g/L liquid of light substance at a certain temperature T is called the specific optical rotation at that wavelength and temperature.

Instrument features:

1. Light-emitting diodes (LEDs) with a lifespan exceeding 20,000 hours were employed as the light source, replacing the previously used sodium lamps which had a shorter service life and were prone to damage. This significantly eliminates the operational inconvenience experienced by users due to frequent sodium lamp replacements.

2. Utilizing photoelectric detection and microcomputer control technology, the system features a large-screen backlight LCD display with clear and intuitive data presentation.

3. Measurable parameters include optical rotation, specific rotation, concentration, and sugar content.

4. Automatic retesting (available 1–6 times) with automatic calculation of average value and root mean square deviation.

5. Measurable dark-colored samples.

6. Equipped with an RS232 interface for data transmission to a PC.

7. The traditional design employing copper worm gears and a counting dial ensures no character omission during prolonged use.
