Design Features

Filter cloth is the important part for filter press. The performance of filter press is mainly depended on the separation nature of the filter cloth. The filter cloths are classified as two types by material: one is nature fibers, such as, cotton, woollens, silk, linen etc.; the other is synthetic fibers, such as, dacron, nylon, polyacrylonitrile, vinylon, acrylic fibers, polyester fibers etc.. Also, the materials can be classified as three types by yarn: monofilament yarn, multifilament yarn, spun yarn. The monofiament is not easy to cause block and good at cake discharging. The multifilament yarn has high strength, and also good at easy discharging and renewable performance. The spun yarn is good at solid capture and have better sealing performance.

The filter cloths are classified as following types by producing method:

chamber filter cloth/plate & frame filter cloth/multilayer filter cloth etc.. The cloth fixing method can use: cloth belt, ties, clamps etc.. And according to different industrial needs, the filter cloth can be specially processed: latex coating/gasket recessed ect..
