Fully Automatic Dehydration And High Efficiency Belt Thickener

The belt thickener is a mechanical equipment used for sludge pre-concentration treatment. It achieves sludge reduction through a combination of chemical flocculation and physical dehydration. Its core work process includes: after the sludge is mixed with flocculant, free water is removed through the gravity dewatering section, and then multi-stage extrusion and dehydration is carried out through the wedge-shaped pre-pressure zone and the S-shaped pressing section, and finally the mud cake is discharged.

The DN belt sludge thickener is a fully automatic sludge thickener that can replace the traditional sludge thickening tank. It can directly thicken the sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank quickly and continuously, and sludge concentration after treatment is stable and adjustable in the range of 90-96%. With this slurry thickener, there is no need to build a sludge thickening tank any more, which greatly reduces construction cost and floor space. This model adopts international advanced technoloay and the most developed desian. which can meet the requirements of different industries for sludge treatment.
