working principle
Diesel generator is a kind of small power generation equipment,
refers to the diesel fuel, diesel engine as the prime mover to
drive the generator power machinery.The whole set is generally composed of diesel engine, generator,
control box, fuel tank, storage battery for starting and control,
protection device, emergency cabinet and other components.
2. Principle: In a nutshell, the diesel generator drives the
generator.
In the cylinder, the clean air filtered by the air filter is fully
mixed with the high pressure atomized diesel ejected by the nozzle.
Under the extrusion of the piston, the volume shrinks and the
temperature rises rapidly, reaching the ignition point of the
diesel.The diesel fuel is ignited, and the gas mixture burns violently,
expanding rapidly in volume and pushing the piston downward, which
is called 'doing work'.Each cylinder works in a certain order, and the thrust acting on
the piston passes through the connecting rod and becomes the force
that pushes the crankshaft to rotate, thus driving the crankshaft
to rotate.Brushless synchronous alternator and diesel generator crankshaft
installation, you can use the rotation of the diesel generator to
drive the rotor of the generator, the use of the principle of
'electromagnetic induction', the generator will output the
induction electromotive force, through the closed load loop can
produce current.
