Application
This tissue paper line consists of automatic interfold tissue paper machine, automatic tissue paper cutting machine and automatic tissue paper packing machine. The jumbo roll width can be 400mm to 4000mm. The finished tissue paper products can be nylon soft packing facial tissue papers, box-drawing facial tissue papers, interfold napkins etc. It can be equipped with lamination and color printing.
 
 
Technical parameters:

1. Jumbo roll
   1. Jumbo roll specification:13-40 g/m² 1 or 2ply facial tissue. Other requirements to be specified.
   2. Jumbo roll size: width ≤1260mm x Φ1500mm；(Other size available.)
   3. Jumbo roll core diameter:Φ76mm；

2. Product size
   1. For v fold tissues and interfold paper towels. (same machine can make both products)
   2. Unfolded size: 200±2mm x 200mm Other sizes, please specify.
   3. Folded size: 100±2mm x 200mm
   4. Fixed size is 200mm .
   5. The cutting length is adjustable.
   6. Folding type: V fold, interfold and Vacuum folding type.

3. Paper feeding
   1. Two back stand, each jumbo roll is controlled by an independent motor, NOT traditional chain driving.
   2. 2 sets of stepless-adjustment cone pulleys hand wheels to control jumbo roll web tension.
   3. Synchronism paper feeding unit.
   4. With hand wheel for each jumbo roll to adjust the jumbo roll to the left or right.
   5. Pneumatic loading Jumbo roll automatically；

4. Folding unit
   1. Automatic left-right stagger counting unit or ink mark.
   2. Independent Floor standing wallboard structure (thickened full steel plate support structure), to make sure the machine will NOT vibrate when running at high speed. Other companies adopt half steel frame for upper part and half steel part for lower parts, which is weak structure.
   3. Add oil in manually
   4. With stepless-adjustment hand wheels to control web tension.

5. Full Embossing unit
   1. With steel-to-rubber full embossing unit. (Embossing pattern provided by the buyer or recommended by us.)
   2. Embossing tension is adjustable to adapt the machine for different quality and gsm papers.
   3. Strong structure.
