Haining Xingyi Furniture Co., Ltd is established in the year of 2012, located in Haining city, Zhejiang province, where has a mature indoor furniture industry chain since the 1990s. There are 8300 square meters factory area and 50 employees, main products are upholstered dining chair, modern sofa set, comfy accent chair, new stackable chair, full size bed, etc. Our furniture mainly used in interior home design and hotel as well. Our capsule pod bed is our new design with patents which focus on those capsule/pod hotels. We always focus on good quality and service to our client and gain a good reputation during our clients. Production Line: The production line includes pattern design, pre-production sample producing, wooden frame and fabric produced according to the patterns, foam cutting, upholstered and finally assemble the legs.
About quality management: Once the order placed, before mass production, we will make a pre-production sample to confirm with client. Take photos with different angles, show the details to our client, fix the not perfect parts. Once client confirms the sample, we will strictly produce according to it. There will be a production timeline and requirements made and notice each department manager in order to catch the delivery time and avoid any mistake. Moreover, a production track will be posted to client during production. Once the production finished, QC department will check the quality. Meanwhile, take photos again to confirm with client. If client will need the third part QC comes, we will arrange the time and cooperate with him.
Services: We have our own R&D department, every year, there will be more than 50 new designs.
