IEC62196-1 Charging Gun Mechanical Strength Flexing Testing
Apparatus Product Overview This flexibility testing apparatus is engineered and manufactured
in compliance with IEC62196-1:2022 clause 26.4 table 14 and
IEC60309-1:2012 clause 24.4 figure 9 standards. It is specifically
designed for conducting mechanical load flexing tests on vehicle
plugs, socket-outlets, and couplers for non-rewireable accessories. Advanced Control System The equipment features PLC control with a 7-inch color
human-machine interface and utilizes a servo motor for precise
flexing angle control. All test parameters including flexing angle,
speed, and cycle count can be preset via the touch screen
interface. The system automatically executes tests according to
configured parameters and provides completion signals when preset
