The flexibility testing apparatus is designed and manufactured in
accordance with IEC 62196-1:2022 clause 26.4 table 14, IEC
60309-1:2012 clause 24.4 figure 9, and related standards. It is
intended for conducting mechanical load flexing tests on vehicle
plugs, socket-outlets, couplers, and non-rewireable accessories.
The system is PLC-controlled and operated via a 7-inch color touch
HMI, with a servo motor driving the flexing angle. Parameters such
as flexing angle, flexing speed, and test cycles can be preset
through the touchscreen. The test runs automatically based on the
configured settings, and once the preset cycle count is reached,
the device stops automatically and issues a completion prompt.
This apparatus offers high-precision digital display, efficient
digital frequency conversion, accurate speed control, six-digit
memory settings, multifunctional modular fixtures, a
rotating-center alignment tool, and a built-in load function
capable of supplying voltage to the test sample during testing.
