Features:
1. The test software has a voltage acquisition function: according to the test requirements of the single battery, until the battery shell breaks or the battery is short-circuited (the internal voltage of the battery becomes 0V), the battery voltage change during the test will be automatically collected. When the voltage is zero, the equipment automatically stops the test. 2. According to the test requirements of the power battery: the test system can first squeeze to 30% of the size of the battery module (i.e., the deformation). Or set a certain pressure value (such as the extrusion force is 20kN). When the extrusion test reaches the set force value and the set pressure holding time is also reached, the equipment stops the test. 3. The sample can be tested according to any of the three conditions of pressure, deformation, and voltage. 4. The three test modes can be used as control variables for any combination of conditions. That is, three or two test conditions can be set at the same time. If any one of the conditions is met, the device will stop the test. 5. The test system can display the speed during the test. The test speed required for the test can also be set in the computer software. 6. The computer operating system is processed in the windows dialog box. The table mode can be planned by yourself. The test data is recorded throughout the process. It provides saving, comparison and tracking functions. 7. The dedicated test control motherboard can record force, displacement and voltage at the same time. The control motherboard will send instructions to the computer in real time, and the control interface will record and monitor the extrusion force, temperature, voltage, speed and deformation in real time. It is convenient to generate reports or export data directly. The control motherboard is easy to operate. 8. During the test, the test function can be controlled by collecting voltage signals. The voltage will change during the battery test. Enter a specified voltage value in the test system, and the system outputs a signal. The extrusion test stops when the set voltage value is reached.

Power cable: one five-core cable (four-core cable + protective ground wire), about 3 meters long (outside the box) 3. Installation site: ① The ground is flat and well ventilated; ② No strong vibration around the equipment; ③ No strong electromagnetic field around the equipment; ④ No flammable, explosive, corrosive substances and dust around the equipment; ⑤ Avoid direct sunlight or high temperature and humidity; ⑥ The ground load-bearing capacity of the site: not less than 650kg/m2 (prerequisite: the channel size around the equipment is ≥ 600 mm; the load weight is ≤ 500kg); ⑦ There is appropriate space for use and maintenance around the equipment: ⑧ There should be space around the equipment for at least one person to pass through, i.e. ≥600mm; ⑨ There should be space for the equipment door to open and close normally.
