What is a UV test chamber?

System Overview:

The UV Accelerated Aging Weathering Climatic Test Chamber stimulate sunlight, rain, and dew environment, to inspect the damages to samples caused by sunlight, rain, and dew. 

It conforms to the standards as follows:

ASTM G154 “Standard Practice for Operating Fluorescent Ultraviolet(UV)Lamp Apparatus for Exposure of Nonmetallic Materials1”.

ISO 4892-1-2016 “Plastics-Methods of exposure to laboratory light sources-Part 1: General guidance”.

ISO 11507 -2007 “Paints and varnishes - Exposure of coatings to artificial weathering - Exposure to fluorescent UV lamps and water”.

ASTMD 4329-2005 “Standard Practice for Fluorescent UV Exposure of Plastic”.

Structure:

In a stainless-steel inner chamber, two rows of four tubes are installed to simulate ultraviolet light, boosting the temperature of the inner chamber to simulate the humid environment by the humidifying system, and using the sprinkler system to simulate the rain. Three different environments are cycled through the program settings.
