Product overview:

This equipment uses an integral intake automatic ignition system with a combustion delay of only 0.1 seconds to ensure full combustion of the gas. It is suitable for the evaluation of the horizontal combustion characteristics of interior materials of automobiles (cars, multi-purpose passenger cars, trucks and buses).
Mainly used as interior materials for automobiles (cars, multi-purpose passenger cars, trucks and buses).

The testing machine is composed of a control box, a combustion box body, a combustion blowtorch, a solenoid valve (flow meter), a high-pressure igniter, a thermometer, a signal control line, the upper and lower brackets of the sample, and a fume hood. The control box and combustion box are made of stainless steel, beautiful appearance, smoke and gas corrosion resistance, and the control system has a high degree of automation, with automatic ignition, automatic air supply, automatic timing, automatic end of the test and other functions.

The hole is arranged at the center of the top, and the center of the hole is 20 mm from the inner side of the rear panel. A collecting tray for collecting molten drippings is placed at the bottom of the combustion chamber, and the tray is placed between the two rows of venting holes without affecting the ventilation of the venting holes.
