Polyester screen printing mesh, woven from strands, was introduced to the screen printing markets for over 40 years. As a high-tech fabric, polyester printing screen mesh is made of 100% polyester yarns and quickly replaces the less reliable yet more expensive silk. It outperforms traditional silk screen cloth form following aspects:

Polyester's chemical resistance
Polyesters are usually characterized by acid resistance. But strong acid and high temperature will reduce its scid resistance. On the other hand, Polyester has very limited resistance to alkalinity. The addition of ghost paste usually contains alkaline substance. Follow the manufacturer's guidelines strictly. Chlorine will bleach the yellow fabric. The cleaning agent used in screen printing industry is suitable for cleaning polyester mesh cloth.
