Fiber Splicing Machine OTDR Tester Description

 

 

TWH-1625 FTTH PON OTDR tester is used to troubleshoot and analyze FTTH optical networks. It has an online test function, which can test up to 64 splitters through one or two layers and OPM + VFL function.

 

Main Features

  • Online test: 1625nm or 1650nm wavelength can carry out an online test without necessary breaking the optic signal transmission.
  • It can easily figure out the fault position within the dead zone and can swiftly and accurately pinpoint and test loss, breakpoint, macro bend, and reflection fault including short-distance events.
  • During the course of fault screening and test, TWH-1625 can penetrate two tiers of the splitter, N*N=64(2/4/8/16/32).
  • It can distinguish between attenuation events and reflection events.
  • This PON OTDR can save the data and do a print out for archiving. The test data and date as of data can be saved in sequence for convenient post-stage maintenance and archive recall.
  • Simple operation by one-key operation with automatic voltage regulation, automatic pulse width adjustment without complex settings.
  • Small size: Lightweight about 450g which is easy to carry and classified as tool type PON OTDR.
  • Multipower supply mode:

            1) Detachable 3 x AA /1.5V/above 1500mAH rechargeable battery

            2) 3 x AA alkaline battery(Emergency use, not suggested for its short working time)

            3) Power supply by USB port

  • Dedicatedly designed high elastic rubber jacket for providing overall protection without worrying about dropping and resistance to wear.
