Production Line General Description

    Jizhong industrial park workshop covering an area of 42000 square meter, which has imported Samsung double-track printer with high precision, double-track chip mounter with high speed and precision, Panasonic full-automatic insert parts machine and others automatic production equipment and full-automatic Pami SPI solder paste tester, MIRTE AOI on-line optical automatic tester and others high-end on-line testing equipment. The whole production system adopts informatization and digital intelligent manufacturing system, on-line monitoring system and automatic testing system, we can browser workshop and production schedule, generate the production statement automatically and also e-mail the statement to relevant responsible person automatic distribution through network.Meanwhile, material management system covers whole factory’s material management. It realizes the real informatization and intelligent production management from incoming material and storeroom management to production line management.

    With two software departments ,total software engineer 55 person.Digital hardware and O/E hardware team,hardware engineers 37 person.3 senior engineers with Doctor degree,Senior Software Engineer 10, hardware engineer 8, all have master's degree.The remaining R & D personnel have bachelor degree or above, graduated from key universities in China.As member of SARFT Cable digital television application technology laboratory(SARFT Joint Laboratory) ,Jizhong keep the R&D as orient,carry out strategic cooperation with international well-known enterprises, such as HUAWEI Hisilicon and signed a strategic cooperation agreement as only authorized party.At the same time with ZTE, Broadcom, Qualcomm, MTK, South Korea CITECH, ST (st) and other well-known.

    In order to meet the needs of product development, Jizhong adhere the strategy of independent research and development, and the establishment of the relevant departments and management control department, to do new technology and new product research and development, and related product test standards, formulation of production process regulations.First of all, we set up "R & D center", which consists of "technology development division", "software development division" and "quality department".There into,Technology development division responsible for the hardware R&D of different new type products.Software development division responsible for the software R&d of multiple software business.By initial stages , we fully take the quality attributes of the product into consideration.The quality department has to supervisor the whole R&D process based on product risk and safety effectiveness.The quality analysis and control will be finish by Quality Department.At the same time, in order to ensure the success of new product development , "product project committee" and "technical review committee"will responsible for the review of the all stages.
