Product description

Used for shut-off in flue gas line of dense and sticky dust.

It consists of casing, blade, shaft, gland packing, sealing mechanism and actuators.

Normally the blades are moved same distance of duct diameter for shut-off.

For shut-off method, by only packing, by using fastening bolts, by seal air or fastening cam.

Moving the blades, by wire rope, by chain block, or using power, screw-rod, chain, wire rope, cylinder rod, etc.

Specification

1. Materials: Carbon steel, stainless steel;
2. Different size from 200x200mm to 500x500mm;
3. There is manual, electric and pneumatic actuators.
It is an ideal equipment to control dust material flow. It is mainly composed of frame, screw nut, hand wheel, chain wheel, disc, turn the hand wheel(chain), screw with the screw nut and damper for the reciprocating movement of horizontal direction, opening and closing of the valve.
