Brief Introduction
MBR is a highly efficient combination of membrane separation
technology and biological treatment. Its origin is to use membrane
separation technology to replace the secondary sedimentation tank
in activated sludge process for solid-liquid separation. This
process not only effectively achieves the purpose of mud-water
separation, but also has the incomparable advantages of the
traditional three-stage wastewater treatment process. 1. Efficient solid-liquid separation, the separation effect is far
better than the traditional sedimentation tank, effluent quality is
good, effluent suspended matter and turbidity close to zero, can be
directly reused, to achieve the reuse of sewage resources. 2. The highly effective interception of the membrane makes the
microorganism completely intercepted in the bioreactor, realizes
the complete separation of the reactor hydraulic residence time
(HRT) and the sludge age (SRT), and the operation control is
flexible and stable. 3. Because MBR combines the traditional aeration tank with the
secondary sedimentation tank, and replaces all the three-stage
treatment facilities, it can greatly reduce the floor area and save
the construction investment. 4. It is beneficial to the interception and propagation of
nitrifying bacteria, and the nitrification efficiency of the system
is high. The function of ammonia removal and phosphorus removal can
also be achieved by changing the operation mode. 5. the sludge age can be very long, thus greatly improving the
degradation efficiency of refractory organic matter. 6. The reactor operates under high volumetric load, low sludge load
and long sludge age, and the output of excess sludge is very low.
Because the sludge age can be unlimited, zero sludge discharge can
be realized theoretically. 7. The system realizes PLC control, operation and management
convenience. MBR membrane bioreactor is a new type of wastewater treatment
system which combines membrane separation technology with
biological treatment technology. Membrane modules are used to
replace the traditional end-effluent sedimentation tank in the
biological reactor to maintain high activated sludge concentration,
increase the organic load of biological treatment, thereby reducing
the area of sewage treatment facilities and reducing excess sludge
by maintaining low sludge load. Activated sludge and macromolecule
organic matter were intercepted by membrane separation equipment
immersed in aerobic bio-tank. The concentration of activated sludge
(MLSS) in the membrane bioreactor system can be raised to
8000-10,000 mg/L or even higher, and the sludge age (SRT) can be
extended to more than 30 days. Membrane bioreactor (MBR) can retain microorganisms with long
generation cycle because of its effective interception effect. It
can realize deep purification of wastewater, and nitrifying
bacteria can reproduce sufficiently in the system. Its
nitrification effect is obvious, which makes it possible for deep
dephosphorization and denitrification.

Use conditions and methods 1. Hydrophilic and moisturizing membrane Reinforced composite PVDF membrane uses hydrophilic modified PVDF
raw materials, the membrane has good hydrophilicity, and no
hydrophilic treatment is needed in the site. However, if the
diaphragm is not put into use immediately after it is installed, or
it needs to be parked for a certain period of time during use,
please ensure that the diaphragm is immersed in water or it is
always in a wet condition. 2. Maintenance of membrane flux and membrane cleaning Diaphragm aeration system construction using perforated aeration,
aeration of bubbles and water flow, so that the film full of
jitter, to achieve self-cleaning of the membrane. Using the
intermittent operation mode, the self-priming pump can suck for 10
to 12 minutes and stop for 2 to 3 minutes, which can effectively
prevent the clogging of the membrane holes and ensure long-term and
stable operation of the membrane separation. When used for the
first time, the microbiological culture of the biochemical pool
achieves good activity, and the membrane is only put into operation
when the viscosity is small.
Packing and Delivery 1. The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to European countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tighter,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
2. We also support 20',40' container delivery, use soft packaging to protect machine well. If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
