Our protective factory covers about 5000 meters. Certified by ISO 9001, it strictly carries out 6S management method, all of our workwears can reach International quality control's standards. Equipped with 2 production lines,advanced production machines and skilled 50 workers, it can fully meet the production needs of the professional field of protective garments, and can meet the monthly capability of more than 5000 pieces.

Cover nearly 10000meters and with more than 300 people, our fabric factry has 6 production line for dyeing, FR treatment,and testing, inspection,in order to control the quality of the special fire retardant fabric.
With professional research technicians, quality inspection team, advanced equipements,our factory can continuous improve and develop new FR fabrics, arc flash rated fabrics, anti static fabrics,high visibility, water&oil repellent fabric products.
About quality management: ► Protective Fabric
We pick greige fabric carefully, and sometimes weave greige by ourselves. Dyeing and funtion treatments are under strictly controlled too.
Ysetex's Laborotary is equipped with advanced apparatus and professional technical stuffs.
Performance of Finished fabrics will be tested to guarantee the good quality to meet all standards before delivery.The testing item including FR performance, Tensile strength, Tear strength,Color fastness, Dimensional stability, PH value, Formaldehyde Test etc.
