The ore processing equipment composes of many equipments, such as jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating feeder, belt converyor, ball mill, spiral separator, mixer, rotary kiln,and so on. as to how many equipments needed for each model, it's mainly depended on your situation and your expect about the final product, such as the size of the stone, the grade of the coarse ore and your expect on the final product,etc.

This line mainly consist of feeding - primary crushing - conveying - secondary crushing - grinding machine - classifier - chemical flotation - concentrated ore - drying

Procedures of Ore Dressing Line

1: crude ore need to be primary by coarse jaw crusher and re-crushed by fine crusher or impact crusher

2: the re-crushed particles will be sent to ball mill to get s utle powder

3: the powder will be processed by spiral separator in the next stage

4: then the mineral will be mixed with additives in the mixer

5: the flurry will be processed to extract copper in the flotation machine

6: then the rotary dryer will dry the concentrate ore, so the copper ore processing equipment is finished by now.

Four Steps Of Ore Dressing Line

step1:Crushing-- Put the ingredients broken
1)introduction: Due to the volume of gold ore produced is too large , so it is necessary to the mined ore crushing. In this process , send the ore into the grinder device to crushed . In general, The System requirements of the ore particle size for general 12mm------18mm.

step2:Grinding--The processing of raw materials carefully

2).Main Equipment:Feeder,Ball Mill,Classifier, Cyclone,High frequency screen,Lattice mill,Overflow ball mill,etc.

step3: Sorting --Select fine ore powder
1).Process introduction: In the production process,not all the ore powder are in line with the standard . we need to filter the ore powder . In this process We use professional equipment to elect qualified concentrate powder from ore , eliminated does not meet the criteria for ore.

2).Main Equipment:Mixing drum,Flotate separator,magnetic separator, Centrifugal gold machineetc.
step4:Dehydration --Take off water in the ore
1).Process introduction: Due to various constraints, after the front of several processes , there are always some residual moisture in the ore powder, then we need to pick out concentrate dehydration, to meet the requirements of transportation and smelting.
