I got this to keep at work since I feel guilty using single use plastic so much. It was packaged nicely and came with a 365 return/replace policy which was a nice surprise. They even included to straws. The only thing that could have made it better was if they included a straw brush to help clean them. Overall, very pleased with my new glass! ----Kaven
