sidewall and horizontal baffle. Sidewall belts are used to convey
material up inclines. The sidewall increases the carrying capacity
of the belt and prevents product from falling off the edges of the
belt. Hot vulcanization provides 5 times greater adhesion between
the belt and sidewall, eliminating the need for bolting the
sidewall to the base belt. Greater adhesion also prevents the
sidewall from lifting and separating from the base belt, extending

Operation regulation and maintenance- Belt conveyor should be operated in according to design
requirement.
Belt conveyors are not allowed to overload run. All safe alarming should be in good condition. Walkway of emergency switch should be free. The switch should be
regular inspected to see whether they are in good condition. All transition load point should have enough light facilities. Fence should be provided under gravity type tensioning devices and
the area where man easily access.
