Q: How to order?
A: Just tell us the model# of the products you are interested in and the quantity you want to order, we will offer you our best price according to your quantity. The model# is shown on our website. For more information, you can contact us directly.
Q: Is sample available? Do I need to pay for the samples.
A: Sample is always available for you, it will take 7-14 days for sample delivery. For sample fee, Yes, we need to charge you 2-3 times of FOB price for samples, freight is also at customer’s expense. We will send you PI for payments once get your inquiry. But don’t worry, we will refund you the sample fee once order is placed or deduct it from shipment payment.
Q: What’s your MOQ
A: For table: MOQ is 30 pcs for each item,
For chair: MOQ is 100pcs for each item
All the price we quoted is based on minimum 1 x 40’HQ container, if you think it is too much, and only want to order 1 x 20’ container, it is also ok, but we need to charge you extra 300-500$ to alleviate our actual loss on local charge. We allows maximum 5 items to be mixed in one container.
Q: What’s your payment terms?
A:Our preferred term is T/T.
30% of total amount as deposit after order is confirmed , the remaining 70% should be paid before shipment is ready for loading.
