Led Neon Sign process we mainly have those step for quality control.

we have stickly standard on acrylic sheet inspection. Thickness, Size, Color, pure material percentage etc. with good lights transmitting. Aluminum profile and hardware: We order them with bulk order , made sure there are in good condition on surface. When doing cutting process, experienced staff can avoid material wasted and improved product effeciency.

Eletricity parts: All the LED or Neon tube light we are sourced from reliable supplier. We have painful experience on light problem. After that our boss have completely QC system to make sure all light are good quality. All the sign have lighting test and fill in form for records.

Packing : We are provided several packing based on different shipping way. By sea,packing with master carton and inside with foam board protecting. By air,we provided less weight hard paper pallet packing, saving your shipping cost. By express, we provided hard case with rigid high density trim edge strip , made sure the outer packge safety but less weight than wooden box packing.
