2A Machine Vision Controller SPM Mini Strobe Controller 12 - 48V DC External Trigger OPT-SPM2024-1
Product Features ◆ Compact space designing ◆ Up to 50kHz trigger response frequency ◆ The trigger response time is no more than 10μs. ◆ 6 trigger polarities are available for various working environments ◆ Wide input voltage range: 12 - 48V DC; It's much convenient to use
the DC power on other devices, and to increase strobe
intensity. ◆ Trigger pulse width range: 10μs - 1023ms ◆ Input voltage is 12 - 48V DC; current of controller is 2A. ◆ Illumination mode: strobe mode ◆ The way of trigger is external trigger. ◆ Less than 10µs response time ◆ 1 Channel is available to connect mini strobe controller with light sources. ◆ Standby power consumption of controller is no more than 1 Watt. ◆ Dimensions(L*W*H):113.4mm*24.1mm*25.3mm ◆ Max. transient output current is 4A. ◆ Protection forreverse polarity connection is available. ◆ Trigger polarity: 1. Rising edge trigger 2. Falling edge trigger 3. Positive follow trigger mode 4. Negative follow trigger mode 5. Time limited positive trigger 6. Time limited negative trigger ◆ Trigger level: Low level: 0 - 2V, High level: 5 - 24V ◆ Trigger pulse width: 10µs~1023ms ◆ Output voltage: Max. constant output current: 2A; Max. transient output current: 4A ◆ External trigger is available. Specifications
Device Overview
Product Details
Input connection
The input port is formed by 4 wires of different colors, which has
optocoupler inside.
See the chart below for their connection with
power anode and cathode.
Low level: 0 - 2V input; high level: 5 - 24V
input
Please refer to the “Wiring Diagrams” for more
details.
Positive follow trigger mode
When the trigger signal is at high level, the
illumination time
is the same as the high-level pulse width.
Negative follow trigger mode
When the trigger signal is at low level, the
illumination time
is the same as the low-level pulse width.
When the trigger signal is at low
level, if the pulse width≥ the preset value,
the illumination time is the same
as the preset value.
Remarks
T1: Enabling response time ≤
10μs;
T2: Trigger pulse width, range:
10μs - 1023ms
T3: Disabling response time ≤
10μs
Notes
1. Sx.x indicates the exact switch. E.g. S2.1
is the first switch of S2
and S2.2 the second switch of
S2, and so on.
2. Pulse width values can be presented with
the 10 binary numbers
formed by the switches from
S2.10 (the highest bit) to S2.1 (the
lowest bit). ON indicates 1, and
OFF 0.
3. When μs is the unit of trigger pulse width,
the pulse width is 10μs
if the preset value is ≤ 10.
