4. Design Speed 300sheets/min (0920), 250sheets/min (1224). Normal Working Speed can be from 150-280 sheets/min (0920), 120-250 sheets/min (1224), can easy reach to the production capacity of more than 100,000 cartons, greatly improve the production efficiency.
5. All main transmission gears use special imported materials, carburizing and quenching, precision grinding, durable and stable; gear lubrication using oil pump spray system.
6. All the Electronic Components adopt International famous brand, durable and stable, and main electric box equipped with Industrial Constant Air Conditioner, and all electric boxes equipped with Dust-proof, cooling device, to ensure stable running.
7. The machine is equipped with automatic Oil Balance Device & automatic Circle Lubrication System.
8. Printing Unit adopts Vacuum transfer, widely application for cardboard, especially when the machine is closed, Each Unit suction devices are connected together to ensure same pressure, which is more accurate printing and save adjusting time and cardboard.
