About quality management: TOPRINT QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM
1. Out-source Quality Control
1.1 Establish the supplier quality file, for the same products if failed two times, then stop buying from them, and transfer them to sample delivery process.
1.2 Supplier quality inspection, plan to arrange personnel to supplier every two months to carry out on-site quality sampling inspection, quality docking with suppliers, on non-qualified requirements improvement, unified quality requirements, and discuss about inspection methods.
1.3 Sign quality assurance agreement and specify product quality responsibility and punishment.
1.4 Valves, Pumps, and other commonly used products require suppliers to submit inspection and testing documents to our company, stainless steel requires a third party material analysis report.
1.5 Feedback the quality of outsourced products to suppliers in time, reduce the process of non-conforming products.
