This machine is mainly used for Banbury mixing,plasticating through open mixing machine tabletting,or rubber sheet cooling,lamination and taking up ater extrudering and tabletting with twin screw.

There are overhead and floor-standing these two types.Hanging frame is vertical rotation

to force-air-cooling.Hanging rubber rod is driven by steping cylinder or motor reducer.

It mainly contain the host and electrical controling system The host is composed of connector,printer and longitude cutting device,separant cooling,hoisting device,hanging sheet cooling,automatic

putting rubber device,weighing,rail,plateform and the supporting frame,etc.

The electric cabinet is made of main-controlbox and set a emergency button in the key position.

You can choose high and low configuration according to the actual situation.

The high configuration rubber sheet cooling production line is equipen with hydraulic automatic

putting and laminating device to make the stack tidy.The tidy rate can be up to 100%.

The material tray can automatic input and output three-position device,automatic picking rubber

device and automatic cutting device,realizing unmanned operation and high degree of automation.
