VICTOR Instruments is a brand  belongs to Xi'an Beicheng Electronics Co.Ltd. (former Victor Instruments ) which was established in 1980s,VICTOR specializes in producing test instruments and especially digital multimeters. Our products include analog and digital multimeters, clamp-meters, calibrators , megohmmeters, thermometers, tachometers, vibrometers, lux meters, function generators, frequency counters, oscilloscopes and other electronic testing and measuring equipment.

We also provide electronic test tools, measurement solutions, environmental products and ODM and OEM services to specific customers.

As before, our factory(Shenzhen VICTOR Hi-Tech Co.,Ltd.) is in Shenzhen city, To expand production demand,we moved to Xi'an city in 2013. And then we registered two new trademarks (YITENSEN and Ruoshui) in year 2017 for promotion of our VICTOR products to overseas market.

Our Manufacturing Capability

VICTOR Instruments are designed and manufactured in our Xi'an Beicheng manufacturing center, a modern, automated, high-tech industrial park produces digital multimeter 10,000pcs/day , with pass rate 99.6%. With more than 300 skilled workers and 50 R&D staff ,our manufacturing center covers an area of more than 30,000 square meters , made up of : -8 dust-free workshops; -5 fully automatic production lines -12 sets of state-of-the-art production equipments.
