Hanlin TM pump factory, which is a key Industry manufacturer in aspects of the production of slurry pump, FGD circulating pump, multi-stage pump and chemical pump. Furthermore, it has passed the IS09001:2000 quality system, and possesses a number of invention patents. Slurry pump is its leading product. It includes 10 series, 166 varieties, more than 315 models. These products have been widely used in metallurgical, mining, petrochemical, coal, electricity, building materials, municipal, environmental and other departments. From the simple water pumps for pumping pure water to the heavy duty pumps conveying strong abrasion and high concentration slag slurry containing solid particles, our pumps are well-selling and exported to more than 20 countries and regions such as Canada, Australia, Vietnam, India, Iran, South Africa and South America etc.

There are many branches affiliated to the corporation such as the foundry, machine workshop and the assembly&test workshop. In recent years, our corporation has been exploring and innovating under the guidance of scientific concept of development, its hardware and software facilities have made significant development. It has upgraded as a modern enterprise integrating research, design, development, production, sales and service together, having advanced design method, means of detection and production, and mature marketing and service system.

In software: The latest technology, such as CAD/CAM/CAE.CAPP and design theory of optimize pump have been used to design products and validate technics. We have realized the whole of following three-dimensional modeling,computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) and Products life cycle management(PLM),insured the sophisticated products. Over years, our corporation has collaborated with top excellent Universities in China, such as Huazhong University of Science & Technology (HUST), Wuhan University of Technology and Hubei Machinery and Electricity Institute, achieving a number of achievements in a leading position. Several papers are published in the academic journal such as "Pump Technology" and "Fluid Machinery". In particular field of metallic slurry pump for anti-wearing and anti-abrasion, it has been awarded the scientific achievements of second rank of Hunan province.

In hardware: The computer-automatic test and database management system has also been used in the rig for pump test. The corporation has Metal-LAB75-80J Direct-Read spectrometer made by Italian G.N.R Corporation, wire cut EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining ), CNC (Computer Numerical Control) flame cutting machines, CNC lathes, milling machine, large Planer, large vertical lathe, large capacity medium-frequency furnace, microprocessor control heat treatment furnace, and resin self-hardening mould etc high and new equipment.

Advanced Technical Team

In terms of software and design, our company has been maintaining close cooperation with Huazhong University of Science and Technology and the Fluid Machinery Engineering Research Center of Jiangsu University and other colleges and research institutes, using the most advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) in the world to professionally compare the designed products.

The analysis of the internal flow field, relying on computer-aided engineering (CAE) through ANSYS, ABAQUS and other finite element theory software programs, to conduct professional process analysis of the casting and punching process, the transient temperature field of solidification, and the transient temperature field of air quenching by computers; using CAD, FLUENT and other design&simulation analysis softwares, plus pump optimization theory to further analyze the flow field simulation in the impeller components and the flow field simulation in the sheath, ensure that the product design and process are complete, advanced and efficient.

Strict Quality Test

The pre-furnace analysis uses a photoelectric direct-reading spectrometer for sampling and analysis, which can measure the content of 15 elements in the standard sample with an accuracy of about 99.8%.
After the semi-finished product is processed, the composition and hardness of the workpiece are sampled and classified by a handheld spectrometer and a Leeb hardness tester.

After the whole machine is assembled, the microcomputer performance test is carried out by the water pump testing center. 

All the products must be tested qualified before delivery.
