Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A1: We are sportswear factory located in Anhui province, closed to Nanjing, China. We have inhouse designing, printing, pressing, auto cutting, embroidery, heat transfer printing, screenprinting, sewing, QC and Packing. 
 
Q2: What products do you mainly supply?
A2: We make both sublimation and cut & sew teamwear and active for all club, team, school, corporate and brand merchandise. Our products ranges from tshirt, polo shirt, jersey, jumpers, singlet, dress, shorts, pants, jacket, hoodie and so on.
 
Q3: Can you provide free sample?
A3: We provide existing samples for free, but freight will be at your end. For customized sample, we would charge sample fee but never double.

Q4: What is your MOQ?
A4: 10pcs each design each template.
 
Q5: What is your delivery time?
A5: 3-7 days for samples upon the receipt of artwork approval; 3-4 weeks for mass production upon the receipt of artwork approval
 
Q6: Which port will you ship the goods?
A6: If the goods shipped by couriers, and they can pickup from our factory directly. If the goods shipped by airfreight or seafreight, the closest port is Shanghai.
 
Q7: How do you guarantee the production quality?
A7: Our confidence based on quality comes from our clients. Meanwhile, all of our products will be 100% inspected before shipment. We would redo free of charge if there is any quality problem caused from our side.

Q10: How can I reach to your factory if I plan one visit?
A10:  You can fly to Nanjing Lukou international airport and we would pick you up there, one and half hour to our factory then. In another way, you can fly to Shanghai Hongqiao railway station and take High speed train to Quanjiao or Chuzhou railway station, we would pick you up there, 30 mins to our factory. Or you can send us your address and we would make best routine suggestion for you.
