Working Principle
Dry polymer is accurately fed into the mixing tank, where it is dissolved and matured under controlled agitation. The prepared solution is then delivered to dosing points via precision metering pumps. The dosing rate is fully adjustable to meet varying process requirements across different treatment stages.

1. Polymer Dosing Unit

   • Includes a hopper with observation window and level sensor, a screw feeder driven by a high-precision reducer, and optional electric heaters in the discharge area to prevent powder bridging and ensure smooth material flow.

2. Polymer Dissolution Unit

   • Comprises a pre-wetting chamber and a three-compartment tank (pre-mixing, maturation, and storage) equipped with individual agitators. This design ensures complete polymer activation and homogeneous solution quality.

3. Water Supply Unit

   • Consists of water pipelines manual ball valves, water filters, pressure gauges, solenoid valves, shut-off valves, and rotameters to regulate and monitor water input accurately.
