About quality management: Quality Control
Process Control
- Materials suppliers’ selection. We perform strict control to ensure materials quality.
- Materials inspection in the warehouse. As the first gate of inspection after materials reaches, it will prevent disqualified materials going to production.
- Production process control. The workers must follow the files & diagram, once finding problem, it should be immediately corrected, and ensure the production to meet the client’s requirement totally.
- Finally assembly control. Assembly according to diagram and after finishing assembly, re-check everything according to file requirements points by points to avoid potential problem.
- Commissioning and testing control. According to assembly files and parameters files, the finished product will entry one complete commissioning and testing process by manual or by PC software, to ensure all required features and parameters well. This control process will take several days.
- Final inspection before package. Final inspector will be independent from others, and he will perform strictly final inspection according to files and has the right to require production people to change once finding any problem.
- Package check before dispatch. After final inspection, the goods will be packed. Before dispatch, the inspector will check the status of package before loading.
