Three-Phase Disc Stack Separator
The disc stack separator is the most widely used one among all
decanter centrifuges, which can separate materials hard for
separation, e.g suspending liquid composed of viscous liquid &
solid particles or emulsion composed of liquids with similar
density. It can perform two operations, one is liquid-solid
separation (i.e separation of low concentration suspending liquid)
called clarification operation; the other is liquid-liquid
separation or liquid-liquid-solid separation (i.e emulsion
separation) called separation operation.
The separator produced by Apile is a 3-phase automatic separation
machine, which can perform liquid-liquid-solid separation and
automatic slag discharge with a high separation factor &
capacity. It can perform slag discharge either in manual mode or
timed auto mode by PLC control, which not only reduces labor
intensity, but also improves working efficiency. Given that the
fluid coupling replaces traditional friction plate clutch, job-site
is clean and tidy without any smoke. The machine is easy for
maintenance with simple structure.
