Trace Filling Pump
High-pressure mud pumps are the heart of oilfield drilling mud
systems, responsible for delivering mud downhole to facilitate the
transfer of materials and energy. The cylinder liner is a critical
component of the mud pump; because it undergoes continuous
reciprocating motion under high pressure, it is the part most
susceptible to wear. Traditional metal liners suffer from poor wear
resistance and short service lives. As the scope of global oil and
gas exploration expands—extending into deserts, wilderness areas,
and deep-sea environments, and reaching ever-greater depths—well
conditions have become increasingly harsh. Consequently, large
numbers of metal liners must be frequently replaced to meet the
demands of high-pressure, high-abrasion drilling operations,
resulting in significant challenges such as heavy manual labor and
high transportation and storage costs. Our ceramic liners are hard,
wear-resistant, and highly resistant to acid and alkali corrosion,
making them ideal for drilling and production environments
involving deep reservoirs and complex geological structures, as
well as for offshore oil and gas development. Compared to metal
liners, ceramic liners offer the following advantages: |
