Experimental procedures (1) Open the aluminum foil bag.Remove the test paper and place it horizontally. (2) Add 10L samples to the sample hole of the test note and add 2 drops of (~60L) sample buffer. (3) Response at room temperature.Test results were read after 10 – 15 minutes.The results were not valid after 20 min. (4) Operating procedure is simple Open the package, remove the test paper and place it horizontally. ↓ The 10L samples were added to the sample hole of the test note. ↓ Add 2 drops (approximately 60 L) of the sample buffer to the sample well. ↓ The reaction was continued for 10 – 15 min at room temperature Read the results with the naked eye.
