NCoV Rapid Ag Test Kit Immunochromatography Negative ResultIntended UseThis product was used for lateral flow immunoassay to qualitatively
detect nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swabs from suspected
infection. Sample Requirements
[Sample Requirements] Polyester sponge samples with polypropylene rods are recommended for sterile sample collection. (1) Oropharyngeal specimen collection method: the collection head is slightly tilted, and both sides of the pharyngeal tonsils are exposed in the mouth. The pharyngeal tonsils were wiped at least three times along the root of the tongue, and then the posterior pharynx up and down at least three times with a cotton swab. (2) Method of nasopharyngeal specimens: The sampler gently holds the subject's head with one hand and the swab with the other hand.Insert the swab into the nostrils and slowly along the bottom of the lower nose tract.Arc, do not force too hard, to avoid bleeding due to trauma. When the tip of the sign reaches the posterior wall of the nasopharyngeal cavity, rotate gently once (if it is a reflex cough), and then slowly remove the sign. (3) Sample treatment: the collected samples shall be treated with the sample buffer provided by the kit as soon as possible (if not treated immediately, stored in dry, sterilized and sealed plastic tubes) and stored at 2℃ ~ 8℃ for no more than 24 hours ~ -70℃ for a long time, but repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided. Test MethodAll reagents were returned to room temperature prior to
testing.Testing shall be performed at room temperature. II test procedure (see Figure 2)
