A: Firstly we confirm product details and then send the Proforma Invoice. You make payment via T/T, after we confirm your payment then ship the product to you once finished production.

A: For disposable material, we have our own MOQ of 500pc for each size of syringe

3. What is your warranty?

A: For most products the warranty is for 12 months, some products we provide 18 months warranty.

4. What’s your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5 working days if goods in stock, within 10 working days if the goods need production, also the delivery time depends on quantity.

5. How to ship the product?

A: The shipping way normally depends on your quantity, total CBM and weight. We have our own shipping company to provide best shipping cost and efficient way.
