A: We have two services models, one is OEM/ODM service,which is with customer’s brand based on our standard products, the other is provide customization service according to the customer’s individual demands, which are including appearance design, structure design, mold development, soft & hardware development, technical support and etc.Many famous brand are our customers such as CATERPILLAR of the USA.

A: We have been engaged in the R&D and production of rugged products for 17 years within the
industry, and we have over 600 workers till now, of which R&D employees are more than 50%.There are three self-developed product lines:

1).Rugged Product Series: Rugged handheld (4’’/5’’/6’’), Rugged tablet (7’’/8’’/10’’/11.6’’/12.2’’),Rugged notebook (11.6’’/12.2’’/14’’/15.6’’).

2).Industrial Computer Product Series: Heavy-duty panel PC (8’’/10’’/12’’/15’’), Light-duty panel PC (10’’-21’’), Industrial Fanless PC Box.

3).Medical Treatment Product Series: Medical PDA, Medical tablet, Digital medical display terminal.

Q: How about your after sale?
A: 1 year warranty ensured from the date of delivery. Free repairing is available for functional

problems of non-artificial damage, otherwise that will be charged. Once you have after-sales need,our FAE employees will provide remote technical support & send maintenance materials first, FAE employees can also be sent to the customer’s place to repair depending on the situation, or customer can directly send the damaged products back to Hongkong city where RUGLINE has a maintenance center there , they will be repaired and send it out quickly.
