3、Inspection steps
1)The raw materials shall be inspected while entering the warehouse,each batch materials must be monitored according to the colors together with their inspection reports.
2)-1 At the beginning of the production, the size must be measured and the breaking strength must be tested for each order.
2)-2 During the production before delivery,QC will check
(a.) Length and diameter - whether the diameter and length meet the requirements of the order, and the overall rope length error must be controlled within plus or minus 3% of the total length
(b) Quantity - is it consistent with the order quantity
(c) Product packaging - whether the packaging is proper and consist with the order,include the label,package way,the box or ctn mark.
4、 Inspection method
(1) Data check and record
Check whether all the certificate and incoming inspection certificate are consistent with the order requirements.
(2) Visual inspection
Check the rope appearance whether the line seam parts welded tightly and the accessories like the carabiners or hooks is available to the order
(3) Breaking strength test
Tested by the machine and recorded for each order.
