A4: Any defective products, please email us the pictures of defective products, If the problem on our side occur, products can be returned, we will send you a replacement without extra fee.
 
Q5: How can I know the process of my order?
A5: The sales will keep follow the order and take some pictures to you. If need, we will send the production schedule by week to you.

A9: Yes. Please provide us your logo image and certificate before production procedure get started. Logo customization on packaging box and product surface are both acceptable.
 
Q10: What's the order procedure?
A10: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pre-paid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order.
Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
