A3: Each order would be followed by special staff who would give you working report by week so that you can know how is going with your production.
Q4: Do you accept third party factory audit and products inspection?
A4: Yes, we do accept third party quality management or social audit and thirty party pre-shipment products inspection. Please feel free to contact us with our customer services.
Q5: How is your After-Sales service?
A5: Any defective products, please email us the pictures of defective products, If the problem on our side occur, products can be returned, we will send you a replacement without extra fee. |
