MVR uses electric power to recompress vapor and is ideal where electricity is cost-effective or steam is limited. MEE uses fresh steam cascaded across effects and suits sites with economical steam. We size both against your energy prices and solids/temperature limits. Q2: Which evaporator type fits my fluid? Falling-film for heat-sensitive, clean fluids; forced-circulation for viscous/fouling feeds; plate for compact duty; or a hybrid. We select based on viscosity, scaling tendency, temperature window, and target solids. Q3: Can the condensate be reused? Yes.
