High Temperature Anti-UV waterproof auto glass urethane

Junbond^® JB-18 is a one-part black color, High or Medium viscosity, moisture-curing urethane adhesive. It provides high strength material designed to bond and seals vehicle windshields and stationary glasses, sunroofs, windows, headlamp assemblies, marine glass, and other similar materials are easy to use and require less time to do the job.

Transport and storage

• Transport: Keep away the sealed product from moisture, the sun, high temperature and avoid collisions.
• Storage: Keep sealed into cool, dry place.
• Storage temperature: 5~25℃. Humidity: ≤50%RH.
• Cartridge and Sausage 9 month, Pail 6 month.

Cautions

• Keep away from children.
• Avoid contacting with skin and eye. For skin contacted, remove the sealant by cloth, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. For eye contacted, hold eyelids apart and flush thoroughly with water, contact physician.

Operation:

Polyurethane sealants are used in in automotive interiors, windshield bonding and anywhere else a high-strength, water-resistant seal is needed.

Clean before operation

Clean and dry all surfaces by removing foreign matter and contaminants such as oil dust, grease,

frost, water, dirt, old sealants and any protective coating. Dust and loose particles should be cleaned.

Direction of operation

Tool:Manual or pneumatic plunger caulking gun

For cartridge

1. Cut nozzle to give the required angle and bead size
2.Pierce the membrane at the top of the cartridge and screw on the nozzle
3.Place the cartridge in an applicator gun and squeeze the trigger with equal strength
