Junbond^® JB-16 is a one-component polyurethane adhesive-sealer for pasting windshields where an increased safety guarantee is not required. It is used for fixing the front, rear and side windows to the bodies of cars, vans, railway transport and special purpose vehicles.

Junbond^® JB-16 Windshield Polyurethane Sealant provides high strength material designed to bond and seals vehicle windshields and stationary glasses, sunroofs, windows, headlamp assemblies, marine glass, and other similar materials are easy to use and require less time to do the job.

Technical data:

Direction for use

• Remove dust, oil and water from the surface of substrates.
• Application environment temperature 5~35℃, humidity 50~70%RH. When the temperature below 5℃, recommended place products in the environment of 30~40℃ for 1H (No more than 3H).
• For Construction method, please refer to PUSTAR construction description or consult technical personnel.
• Activator and primer are not required.

Cautions

• Keep away from children.
• Avoid contacting with skin and eye. For skin contacted, remove the sealant by cloth, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. For eye contacted, hold eyelids apart and flush thoroughly with water, contact physician.

Transport and storage

• Transport: Keep away the sealed product from moisture, the sun, high temperature and avoid collisions.
