1)When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 2-7days once your payment is completely verified.

2)We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments (especially for the china air mailpost) due to difference in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.

A: Pls send the logo by email, attached the picture by PDF or JEPG files, and inform us right color on the pantone.

3. Q: Can I order a sample first before mass production?
A: Yes. And there will be some sample cost, charged based on your design & artwork. We will make the sample hats for you after payment received and take pictures for your reference once finished.

6. Q: What is your opinion for small orders?
A: We can accept the min order quantity is 200pcs per color, except for some items have the min quantity limitation.

7. Q: Have you ever met any communication problems with your clients?
A: Of course we have. Because our clients come from many different countries and regions, and they have their own mother tongues, while those problems are solved successfully in the end.

8. Q: What can I do if something is wrong with my order?
