1. Specification

Cages are frameworks for bags, which is the bone of bags and supports the bags running. Both bags and cages are the most important element for bag houses. Star Cages are welded by special supporting rings (Spiders). We have own stretch line, cut line, weld line, coating line and check equipment. Cage Connection: cages were too long or top space of bag house was not enough, we suggest make cages in sections with joint like below

Pack of Cages

Our standard pack for cage is steel crate which is made of tube steel and laid steel plate at the crate bottom. The crate width does not excess 1140mm, so crate can be loaded in two pieces per the width of container, and the height of crate is subjected to the cage quantity and type of container. We seal the opening when cage put in. This kind of crate design can well protect cage and endure a long distance and time transportion.

Shipping of cage

Normally shipping by sea, we can ship by air if urgent needed. for samples shipping press is the best choice.
